malabar to british

[ROTW]

i changed malabar (india) from portuguese to british but everytime i try to load it i crashes i can't figure out what i did wrong i keep checking and double checking what i did and it looks like every it looks like everything is done the only thing i can think of is that since theirs no adjacent territory the army can't go anywhere.
it only crashes when i try to save to go to the next turn and when i click on the settlement
