Friends,

I am having an excruciating problem here. I cannot seem to install Empire, despite my best efforts.

I get to the part where it says: Creating Local Game Cache Files. The status bar is full, but nothing seems to be happening.

A little bit about my situation, I bought the retail copy and am trying to install it from that. Additionaly I am currently serving in Iraq and do not have a very stable or fast internet connection.

From what I could tell a lot of people were having these problems, but I've yet to resolve them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
