Free space for your mod. (General)
Hi all. It's with great pleasure that I'm giving something to the TW community whose mods I greatly enjoy.
I've opened a permanent account at a site giving me 100 GB of storage and unlimited bandwidth (so they say,) which I'm sharing with the TW community.
If you only want to download mods and related files (tutorials etc) I, but preferrably the mod owners will be posting web links on the respective mod forums.
If you're a mod team read on :
If all goes to plan, each mod can place their entire mod (wip and released) version in separate folders. One for the public to download (the released version with public view and D/L access) and one folder with as many sub folders as required to hold the wip (only that mod team gets all access to their mod's wip folders.) Thus the mod team will get all access to these folders for their mod, ensuring they work on their own tempo and don't have to rely on me. You don't need to use the wip folder, you can just publish your mod release here, for community to D/L.
I off course have all access to all folders but I'm very responsible (and honest ha ha.)
The only time you need to contact me is if you are a mod team and want to use this facility (either public D/L and or wip.) I must then put you in a group in my acc that has access to your folders. You'd (whoever in the team that wants to access the mod folder) need to sign up to a FREE account at the hosting provider, and use the the site's Java client to get to and from your 2GB free account, and my account (where your mod's stuff is.) Even if your mod requires a few GBs you just use your free account to get to my acc.
No need to worry, I've been using a free 2 GB acc for a few months and it's great, that's why I chose them for the upgrade. Use the Java client as sometimes the web interface crashes my firefox, but it could be due to me running some add-ons.
Once you have your free acc (or all those in team that want create / del access) to the mod folders, I must put you on my friends list so that I can put you in your mod group and create the access rights. I'll need your email addr to add you to my friends list at the site. When you've got this far get hold of me here at twcenter so we can arrange all.
Thx, and love to all.
P.S. I've purposely not mentioned the site's name as I PM'ed Aradan yesterday (that post had the site name), but nothing's happened. So either he's busy or thinks I'm pushing the site.
Cheers.

Interesting. I'll keep an eye on this.
