    download this http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=242353
program and go to Campaign_env-Campaign_model-world-region manager
then find the right region this might be hard as their are 200+
    then go to region_slot_manager-region_slot_array-seigable_garrison_residence
each one of these are the buildings i am pretty sure and each is set up with a code especially for each building then all you need to do is find the upgraded buildings code and put it in

the number for the building is the first line of code in seigable_garrison_residence maybe making one or more of the booleans true might also make it the upgraded building

you will have to try and find this out on your own

ROTW is correct, you can easily view buildings of another faction and copy / paste them inside your faction.

My tutorial explains the name changing, etc, but could easily be used as a guide.

I may just write another tutorial explaining how to change buildings, names of cities, etc that i've found.

i just saw if you go under building_manager it gives you the exact name so that you can change it
    ex: Minor_magistare to Major_magistrate
i could really use a tutorial like that and one about making new units at the start of the game if you know how
