No more naval battles :-(

Being a long time fan of the Total War series its really annoying that the game I have anticipated and waited for, for so long is one of the games with the most bugs and errors. So far Rome has been the absolute pinacle of CA achievement and I loved it - even tried the Napoleon mod, so when the announcement of ETW came out I was ecstatic.

But ever since the first update I have been unable to one of the things I wanted the most - fight naval battles. Every time I get a naval battle in te campaign I have to let the AI resolve it because when the computer starts to load the battle it goes up to like 90% complete and then stops - I even let it keep loading for 12 hours one night but alas no, no more naval battles for me.

God damnit CA - start looking Blizzard over the shoulders will you, they are the masters of getting a game done before they release it. Not half finished jobs like this one that seems to have more problems than the world economy :-(

I understand your frustration with Empire. There is no community solution to the zillions of Empire bugs and frankly the techical support from CA has really been lacking. I don't see them even bothering to try to help users out even on the official forums.

i hear you, man. I wish CA would release a patch that fixes problems instead of one that causes them.
