Problem installing Kingdoms

So I bought Medieval 2 and Kingdoms from D2D a week ago, and Medieval installed, but when I try to install Kingdoms I get an error saying:

"You are running a version of Medieval 2 Total War that is not supported by this installer's patcher. Please download the latest version of Medieval 2 Total War from the store of which you purchased."

So I checked Medieval's version in the Optons screen, and it's 1.03. D2D doesn't have any patches that are newer then that, and since no other patches will work with D2D games I'm kind of at a loss. I've already posted to the D2D support site but have yet to receive an answer, so I figured I'd try here next. Let me know if you need any more info, thanks!

I hate to be the one to tell you but this is strictly between you and D2D. The last version of Kingdoms is 1.03 and you need it to install Kingdoms.

The biggest problem with downloads has been anything but English version and D2D, Steam and other deciding which version to sell you based on your internet address than anything else.
