Crash when my spy comes into a city and when i click at bulgarian general

I do also have some Problems playing this Mod, but i really like it. But in two cases an unknown error occurs. First i played as byzantines, but when i wanted to look up the troops that the bulgarian rebel north of constantinopel had, i have had an CTD.
THen i played as rajputs, everything worked fine, until i send the spy into the settlement south of his starting position. I've just had an CTD.
Whats the matter exactly?

edit: I installed the patch 1.05 and played as jerusalem. Reynald de Chatillion has the Trait "Intelligent". But it is the trait for princesses, which gives him +1 Charm. Is that just a simple mistake? Or should it be like this?
