Does anyone use camel gunners?
I find they have thier uses, they seem to do really good dmg but have slow reload and move speed.
Who uses them? if so in what sort of armies ect?

I use them immediately behind my line infantry. Their additional range (and height, it seems like) make them great for firing behind from the lines.
As for being actual cavalry (charges and chasing people down and so forth), not so much.
Assuming you are playing Ottoman Empire, I use Camel Gunners as elevated firing platforms behind my lines as you do, and also to maneuver to the flanks of enemy units to bring fire to bear on them from multiple sides. I occasionally use them to go after artillery as well, but I prefer to use the Deli Horsemen for that, as well as for flank/rear cavalry charges.
As the ottomans i did use camels soemwhat, they do not fair too badly agianst horses due to their bonuses. Camel gunenrs have worse melee stats so i usally just spread them out behind my lines or use them to flank, but their kills are normally low.
I stopped using them after a while though, the main reason is that unlike horses, camels and elephants cannot jump walls and fences. They have to clamber slowly over them. This can really slow down a charge.
I gave the camel gunners the ability to dismount, so now i use them more or less like dragoons.
So do they operate like rifle men when dissmounted?
