can you open up the diplomatic screen and move your mouse over a nation's province on the right and tell me all the text pops up besides the factions score towards you?

I'm going to delete these lines in my localization file.

it might be. however another user deleted these lines for traits and now it just shows the stats whenever you hover over a characters traits. no longer cycling through all the jargon-descriptions. I wanted to try this for the diplomatic map when hovering to show your score. this way just the score will always show.

yeah thats the menu. except it doesnt always stay on the score, as other text pops up such as "diplomatic relations" etc. i'm going to delete those values so the score and only the score shows when hovering. or at least attempt this.
