Cant get to Startpos....help!

Need to get there to edit stuff, and I am unable, anybody know how I can get to it?

I can get there, but I cannot view the startpos or the other one.

go to the tools forum and download the esf editor.

unless of course you know your hex... then you can download a hex editor.

scripting is just LUA... you can open it with notepad.

Whats a good hex editor? and where is the tools forum?
