Region-Free PC Games?

Hello, I live in Northern Ireland and Have a British Steam Account. I'm goin' to NY in a week's time and was wondering if All PC games are region free.

So
-Dawn of War II (Steam)
-Left 4 Dead (Steam)

-Fallout 3
-BioShock

Yes, they should be region-free, though there are some which may have problems (for example my sister had some major problems with World of Warcraft which she had bought in USA and couldn't play with her friends in Europe). As far as I'm aware, the games you have listed are accessible regardless of region.

Ok, thanks. Yeah WoW and a lot of other MMORPGs are region specific to prevent lag.
Luckily... I HATE WoW.
