"Revolution Succeeded" Leak

So I just completed my revolution of tyrannical Spain, right?

I had seiged them, so they attacked me on "their" turn. afterwards, I go trhough all the other nations down to pirates. the little video box pops up, the music then promptly "jams" and repeats a segmant like the demonic heralding of computer-satan.

ETW.exe has encountered a whoopdy-friggin error.

Would I like to send an error report my foot!

Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I've heard some leaks can be put off with random gifts to nations or other little quirks, any tips?

I repeated it again and again, crashed every time. Makes me angry, really. A Leak has nothing to do with "the multitude of computer setups blah blah blah", its a frickin bug, a logicstics flaw that abstains from delivering vital information to the program, its a broken code dammit

Load an earlier save and attempt to change what happened, or wait and hope a patch fixes it.

ETW is about the experience, not the outcome. So as your game is crashing you can be happy that you were able to be part of what led up to the crash.

I truely hope you dont have that attitude about everything in life. Someone gets layed off from their job after 15 years, they should be happy they were part of it up till then right?

Well if all you're worried about is the outcome, and not the experience, then I guess life is a huge disappointment for you because in the end you lose completely when you die. What happens before then doesn't matter apparently.

But, my original post was actually sarcastic... ETW is so bugged that we should learn to embrace the good experiences it does give us, rather than the constant failures of CTD, broken sounds, etc etc etc. Those few moments it actually works should be cherished. Thats what I sarcastically was getting at....
