Soldier is clearly on duty and it is not some dark corner but in mid day at busy street.
Video is not for younger than 18, of course

Maybe he was stressed and needed some "stress control"?
I bet this video will be used to abuse and mock the French military for years to come.
Ugly as the north end of a pig going south
гурманска пљескавица пуњена ролованом пилетином и умотана у сланину, па све то у кајмаку
Rightfully so!
Ridicullous!
Ahhh, the French.
fight the evil with the penis of justice
what should i google to find the video

Optio, Legio I Latina
Oh, France.
what a great political thread. I suppose a soldier  is much better than raping some local girl...
It is political, because soldier on duty in very sensitive piece keeping mission is  in mid day at busy street in front of the high school. Most of those Serbs who are left at few enclaves at Kosovo feel NATO as occupators. And if those occupators do not show any respect to civilian population it is getting worse…Even German troops in occupied cities were banned to behave like this.
You would not think the same if your daughter was in that school.
It is already big news in tabloids in region.

This is proof how Kfor concern for the situation in Kosovo!!!
here's yet another proof(how U.S. soldiers help the Albanians in Kosovo):
A US peacekeeper, US Staff Sgt. Frank Ronghi, who was part of the KFOR team, the “peacekeeping forces”, seized, tortured, and brutally raped and murdered an 11-year-old ethnic Albanian girl in Kosovo. He rationalized the murder on the grounds that he would blame the Serbs for it. He told other KFOR peacekeepers that he wanted to “grab a little girl and rape her, but he would have to kill her to get away with it and blame the Serbs.”
A US soldier committed a brutal rape against an 11-year-old Albanian girl from Kosovo and blamed it on the Serbs. Is this the only case of US soldiers committing rape? Who has deleted this history? Why is it suppressed?
these happened many times!

Vlad,
I was station in Camp Bondsteel a little after this incident happened, and it was over 10 years ago. A bit more research, and you will discover that this SSG was also alleged to have done similar acts in Haiti. He also forced one of his subordinates to be an accomplice to murder. So it really doesn't have anything to do with the political and military situation of the Balkans, merely the evil acts of an individual.
Actually this was big news at the time. Every major news media outlet was doing story. Don't believe me? Check out http://archives.cnn.com/2000/LAW/07/28/kosovo.murder/Is this the only case of US soldiers committing rape? Who has deleted this history? Why is it suppressed?
Hell, even Stars and Stripes, the US military newspaper, ran this story on it's front pages for weeks. So I don't see any story suppression.
What I do see is someone trying to politicize an unspeakable crime to advance their nationalistic political agenda. Surely, you can come up with more rational reasons for NATO not to be involved in Kosovo. I know I can. There shouldn't be a need to resort to misrepresenting a story, or other amateurish tricks.
No it didn't. In fact, the rarity was one of the reasons why this story was such a huge news event...ten years ago.these happened many times!
