    Icon7 0 turn recruitment files

    It seems that there have been a good many requests for these so I decided to make some. If you want one for a mod I did not cover, just shout, as they do not take long to convert.

    Just name any sub mods you want 0 turn EDU's for, just name them. This is not compatible with addons. I need to make seperate ones for each of them.

    here's the working 0 turn fer latest RTRVII, I also modify the stats a bit (giving all cusytom BG 2 HP)

    havin tested with Arvernii, but I notice with 0 turn, Spartans are too often wiped out in early turns, so I decide to swap back their old stats for Periokoi Hoplitai (they are now stronger), and giving their BG 2 HP (as with other BG's)

    Thanks for that Strategos, considering i've almost finished my Platinum 1.9 campaign this will make it funner for me to try RTRVII +Rep

    it's also my own newer campaign as well I like 0 turn recruitments

    9 views? I don't really expect that much people enjoy 0 turn on RTRVII...

    Can you change zero turn recruitment on for just one unit? I figure this would be easy since most units need 1 turn and the elites take two, so there must be a place for it. Peasants should be 0 but everyone else needs to train. Why would it take peasants/settlers 6 months to prepare to leave for a new home, or should I say 6 months to get 240 of them ready. To build 9 peasants takes 4.5 years! Maybe town watch and skirmishers too, but just an idea. But peasants defintely.

    Point is that RTR doesn't use recruitable 'peasant' units. All of our units are armed forces, and these require a certain degree of training. For that reason, we have the 1 and 2 turn length.

    Haven't played the mod yet...very much leaning this way. Love the new units, map, and reforms...just trying to get a good idea before i do it. Hate to end my current campaign on Vanilla as I haven't finished a game yet. Played as the Scips to conquer Carthage so I could play as them...Loved that campaigned but realized easy/easy is just to well easy. Playing M/M as the Julli right now. The Punic Reforms look awesome. Carthage is a fascinating culture.

    No peasants? How do you move populations? Have mercenaries been fixed? Never understood why Mercs had no experience or worse than the originals. Ex: Numidian Cavalry is almost twice as good as Merc Numidian Cavalry. I would imagine the best of the best would be royal guards or mercs. Hell Roman Cav Aux are better than Numidian Cav mercs. Did Rome even have Jav Cav?

    Thanks, sorry if that sounded like a rant...Maybe all this has been fixed and RTR is just so much better than vanilla.

    Opps I guess the Numidian cav and Mercs are the same, but why not some experience? Balearic Slingers I saw have experience and maybe Cretans, not sure.
