    Default Is it possible that...

That the big bang wasn't really a big floating rock, but just the supernova of a very big star? That all of the planets didn't come out of the bigbang, but it was just for example our solarsystem that was made by this supernova and that the rest of the solarsystems/ galaxys already existed? Has this ever been proved/ shown? I'm quite curious about this actually...

Well, physically in order for the universe to be compressed into a dense form, it would have to be extremely hot. However, no light would be emitted so it couldn't be a star in a true sense.

I'd recommended spending your day reading this if you're curious:

Is it possible that the big bang wasn't really a big floating rock?

Is it possible that Bill Cosby is not currently President of the United States?

Yes, of course it's possible. In fact, it's certain. The Big Bang was an event, not an object, and at the time of the Big Bang matter didn't even exist, never mind rocks or things for them to float in. I suggest reading the Wikipedia article for some basic background.

The Big Bang predated the existence of stars and supernovas by many millions of years.

The Sun's planets did not form from the Big Bang. They formed from matter in the solar system something like ten billion years after the Big Bang.

Nothing in the universe existed before the Big Bang. (As far as we know. "Before the Big Bang" is a tricky time period that we don't know much of anything about, if it's even meaningful.)

Much of what we know about the Big Bang is fairly solid. Some parts aren't quite so certain, and I don't claim to be able to judge which is which. There is a generally-accepted timeline that presumably has a pretty good amount of evidence behind it, anyway. I could only name a few bits off the top of my head, personally.

The big bang was similiar to a supernova, however it wasn't just a sun collapsing....It was the previous universe collapsing.

I like how you present this as fact.
Moreover, whenever fluorescent square motion is required, it may also be employed in conjunction with the drawn reciprocation dingle arm, to reduce sinusoidal depleneration.

Probably not. We have pretty definitive proof of a 'starting point' of the universe where all of th universe comes from that point, and besides that stil doesn't answer the question of how that giant star came to be in the first place.
A new mobile phone tower went up in a town in the USA, and the local newspaper asked a number of people what they thought of it. Some said they noticed their cellphone reception was better. Some said they noticed the tower was affecting their health.

A local administrator was asked to comment. He nodded sagely, and said simply: "Wow. And think about how much more pronounced these effects will be once the tower is actually operational."

Essentially nothing is known about what happened before the Big Bang. As far as we know, it might be a meaningless question. Time might have only started with the Big Bang. There may have been another universe, or many others, or nothing.
