This mod started a few months ago as a Portuguese Only project.
It would be a fantasy-realistic based on the Stone Age (and aproximate time frame)
It was supposed to be a mini-mod wich would add the following features:
3 factions:
- Broknagars
- Mungus
- Naisans
New Map done by Boicote (who created 1143) based on the layout of Iceland
Complete new set of buildings and ancillaries and Quotes
Capital's feature:
the models for the ordinary towns will be only villages but you'll have all buildings available (though some require others to be already constructed to be available), it will work like the apaches in the America's
only the capitals (3 in the game) will have wooden fences around it, and some special buildings
the capitals will be something like a stronghold
4 units: (all factions have the same roster, though the stats will be different)

-Rock Thrower
-Spearmen
-Archer

Well being an archaeology student (with an interest in the mesolithic, but still):
I suggest these "houses" (change the names to whatever you like):
Big Tent (kinda like the town center, the main tent of the settlement)
Fireplace (the actually "town center" something that gives plus stats to population and happiness)
Shaman's Tent (happiness bonus)
Hunting Grounds (unit production and food bonus)
Huts (just a couple of more, giving population bonus)
(btw, since this is the Paleolithic you cannot have farms and such )
(but on that note wars are unrealistic in the Palaeolithic are unrealistic so you might as well permit yourself some liberties)

meaning that farms and such would be one of the latest buildings be be available (maybe after some event like ''agriculture invented'')
before farms are allowed, you'll have bush plantations (food gathering) and maybe some fishing nets
(but on that note wars are unrealistic in the Palaeolithic are unrealistic so you might as well permit yourself some liberties)
this is a fun based mod, so we're allowing ourselfs some unrealistic (though somehow historical) 'fantasies'
For units I suggest:
Spear Throwers
Fighters (only real melee unit)
Archers
Rock Throwers
Boomerang Throwers
it's exactly the same exept for the boomerang throwers
but it would require lots of animations and hard work
