ok it seems that the data files in the sounds folder have been converted into a binary format, it seems if you open the sounds_events file from the sounds_packed folder in the patch pack with hex workshop..... and open the sound_events_music.csv from the sounds folder with excel or open office, and look at the "loop_start_block" and "loop_end_block" values
search the number in hex workshop as a "float" should take you to the correct number you need to modify..... now download the miles sound tools from this link
http://www.radgametools.com/mssdown.htm
opening your new mp3 with the miles sound player will show you the offset locations in the music track to be able to specify where it loops..... or failing that it seems setting both values to 0 will allow the track to loop in its entiretyenjoy!
