Hi!
We promised you EW beta version so we must give it to you.
I'm proud to announce that the first official European Wars BETA was released today.
Only our team ane beta-testers could play EW earlier.

These following factions ale playable:

-Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth
-Sweden
-Russia
-Prussia
-Spain
-Austria

There are two types of units: from the beginnig of XVIII century and Seven Years' War.
You can play only custom battle in beta version. We haven't finished historical battles yet. There is old interface. There are flags from NTW2 - we have new, but it will be in full version
Beta have many bugs, friends....

I'm announcing next European Wars version on the end of April.
New version will include intro-movie and 4 new factions: France, Great Britain, Danemark and Norway, Portugal.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:
-install Rome Total War ver. 1.5
-download EW from link
-automatic install .exe to: C:\...\Rome Total War

By the way... In the old beta version, some of the swedish units are missing, such as the guard units, the bombardier and the cuirassier Are you going to fix that?

In the previous beta some Swedish units just weren't ready. KLA made them later, after this realese.
I don't know when Ottomans will be ready We will see, I trust KLA he is great skinner.

About the campaign map, isn't it possible just to rename the provinses and use the map as it is? Or is that too difficult? Perhaps the regions borders are to
historically inaccurate to fit the 18th century?

Anyway, the mod is very well-made already, though a campaign would be a big bonus. But, after all, I have no idea what it would be like to make a mod.
It must be hard. Keep up the good work.

We could rename the provinces and add them to mod factions, but...
-there is only me and KLA in the team,
-there is Empire Total War...and now also Napoleon Total War. It's much easier to mod game in the same period.

If it takes too much of your time, why not make a mini-mod with only england and france?
I'm sure that would be appreciated(the graphics look so nice on the screens).

That mod for Empire looks awesome, the sad thing is that my computer can't bear Empire. Thats wy I rely on the mod for Rome...

thanks so much for the new link, a question about the download, does the EW folder have to be seperate to the root folder? or do i have to then have to take the individual folders like preferences etc and copy and paste them into th root rtw folder? then, if i don't have rtw installed on the c drive, it doesnt seem to let the shortcut work as it says the folder is nonexistent, and i've noticed it makes reference to the c drive in the taregt name. how would i then set off the game?

sorry if i dont seem to have made myself clear on anything, i can try to explain anything more if you need it

Yes. This is old beta with new flags and some other elements.
Actually I'm on holydays and I'm useing computer in the libary. I cannot download it and see what's there. Is there installor, or not. Ask KLA.
I will try to make something with battles...But I cannot do it now. I will see later, but it's really hard.

A pity with EW for M2, but i understand you.

The units for Sweden that wasn't ready in the first version, are they ready?
If so, can you re-upload the mod where they are added?

Try just to paste the "napoleonic"-file, the uninstaller and the .bat-file into your Rome TW root directory.

That worked for me, good luck!
