Crossbowman glitch

My crossbow foot troops, will NEVER fire anymore in game. I've been using the Ultimate AI mod but its never done this till recently (a day ago perhaps?). Im 99% sure im ordering correctly, they simply go "orders completed" without doing anything, just standing there. Its VERY annoying

I also have problems of sometimes only 4-5 units of 90 shooting their arrows/bolts at an enemy, whats up with that?

You have to set them to 'Fire at Will' - that's the button with the bow and arrow on it.
Only the front row of crossbow soldiers will fire, so you have to spread them out by making the line thinner\wider. Use the plus (or minus) sign to make the line wider (or narrower).

Thats the problem, none of them will fire except 1-2. Or if im sieging or in a battle, none of them will fire at all.
