Changing Massive values in unit cost
Hey I've checked out the unit cost in pak manager and I really want to try an experiment of lowering upkeep and unit cost to 1/4 original price. This would give the player and the AI more armies and navies on the battle map (roughly 4 times more) making wars more of an ordeal instead of 1 major victory. Destroying armies would be a bigger priority and I believe if the AI has more units it will behave in a more challenging way.
There's one major problem stopping me from really testing this out. I need someone to point me to a tool that can edit .tsv files massively like excel does. I was able to get this to work in spreadsheat but I wasn't able to reload the data via the pak manager. I can do all the calculations in excel but I can't copy the results into the units file unless I do it all manually which seems kinda caveman to me. Heck, it would be really nice to at least be able to paste in columns from spreadsheet in the units file so I could make small percentage changes to the unit upkeep and cost if 1/4 is too low.
