someone knows how you can change the cost of maintenance of each unit?

The cost of units is directly related to your minister of war/defence. If you put a five star minister on it, you should get a nice discount on unit recruiting and upkeep.

Also, I think there are some techtree achievements that influence cost of upkeep, but not sure which.

no, I meant how to change the cost of the unit.
Which file should I change?
MTW2 was in the file descr_unit, but we do not know.
what have you said you already knew.
thanks for the reply, but I was interested in change from outside the file to make it more realistic, a regiment of infantry can not cost more than a battle ship.
