not bad but you'll need to improve your kill ratio or you'll find it hard later on - mind you the Start of SPQR is quite casulty heavy

okay here's the stats from my receant start-i've not had much of a chance to play, and when i have done i've been helping sulla

kill ratio 3.49:1 roman - i know it needs improving but i've been running around with half strength legions fighting full strength gaul and carthagian stacks

    casulties - rome 3671
    gaul 2339
    carthage 10476
    total killed 12815
    citizens killed 5853

this will change soon as i've got about three gaul stacks running around unopossed in the north and reinforcements on the way

    2 battles only ..
and the senate was iliminated wow
    what i did was :
when i saw the armies of senate a little bit away
from the city ,i landed a general behind the bridge ,and i blocked the bridge with a fortress and also blocked the other way to the city with a fortress too ,
when i sieged the rome city ,all the armies of senate were coming to me but they were blocked in the fortress so i won the battle and they all were iliminated wow

Nearly 80,000 kills in a week is crazy. I haven't had time/energy to play one battle this week!

okay now that i've pretty much driven Gaul and Carthage out of Italy my numbers are starting to pick up

    Kill Ratio 4.15:1

    Kills
    Gaul 13564
    Carthage 10467
    Rebels 903

    Lost Romans 6011
    Kill Total 24943

i'm about to sit back and develop my nation for a few years before i start the conquest of Sicily
so my Kill Ratio is likely to go up alot with those easy battles along the Po river

    no blood, no foul.

Perhaps Templar's snarky comment was one typed with an epic eyeroll and a huffy sigh.

Sometimes, we are happy that the internet does not convey tone.
