Also hard to understand rest of your specs.
7GB RAM?
2,1GB assigned to gfx?

I doubt.

Anyways its your gfx card, if its desktop PC buy a new one if its Laptop your pretty much screwed.

Its a desktop, i dont think its possible to have 7gb if it does then thats very odd arrangement.

Its your video card. Dont try to game with a intregrated video card of any kind.
