Couldn't see one and didn't want to search through loads of pages, so I'll start us off.

How will it run on my PC? Demo tells you nothing about the campaign, or huge unit sizes, which is what I always use.

You have pretty much the same specs but you have less ram and a faster CPU. I think you can run on ultra 20-30 fps and maybe more on high. Just assumptions though as it is not EXACTLY the same.

Tip: Defrag your HD after you install, close all background apps.

Well, it is quite above the minimum specs. If you´re on Windows XP, it should work well. If you´re on Vista... not so sure then.

The CPU is a little weak, compared with the rest of the specs. ETW doesnt use dual cores very efficiently.
You just wasted 4 seconds of your life reading this sentence. You'll read it again because it was so funny and waste another 4. And since you read that sentence, some more disappeared, count this sentence and it's 'nother couple. Good job time waster!

Thanks for the answers, guys. How would it go if I were to add another gig of RAM and are there any dual-core fixes around that you know of? Mind you, if I don't see some more positive news about patches, I won't be buying this one for quite a while and by then I'm going to have a Quad core CPU.

I'm on XP, by the way.

Game seems mostly GPU dependent , loading times/turn times seem to be under the cpu realm of things.

I think you shouldnt have any problems running this game with your specs.

Its alot better then ive seen others who are happy.

Good news. I remember seeing the screenies for this game (naval ones especially) and thinking I'd need a major upgrade for it. Turns out, all I needed was a £120 GPU. Anyway, there's no way in hell the naval gfx in game are as good as those original screenies...
