Weird unit colors

I am having a weird problem with colors on several objects. It looks like the textures is running on very low bits, så my game looks awfull. I was hoping CA would fix the error in the patch, but they still appear, so now i want to know if i am the only one having this problem.

There, you see a soldier on his horse. Look carefully and you will see how terrible the colors on his uniform is. Such issues appears on mostly dark surfaces, i've seen them on units, houses and ships. It does NOT appear on all units, a group of line infantry might have those weird colors, while my general might have just the right colors. It is also different from one battle to another, who is miscolored.
