Tech tree help info

I have read most/all the tech tree/points treads I am use to old style modding tweaks and codes and just want to see if what I am thinking is possible

in main pack

Gentlemen
1st row "unknown" 25
2nd row "unknown" 10
3rd row "unknown" 0
4th row "unknown" true
5th row model type human <easy one
6th row "unknown" minister <easy again
7th row "unknown" true
8th row attribute research
9th row "unknown" blank <But looks religion

1st- Would like to know if any one knows what the "unknown"'s are and if ...

2nd- I clone gentlemen line and started a new line could I make that row only apply to 1 faction or a certain religion type?
to give them more research points that they and only they could use <(figure that would be the easy way)


also is it possible to
make them able to research all techs from place that the AI couldn't ?
