I fear there´ll be a lot a flaming when pointing the fema camps out. Its a can of worms that will flood this thread with outward ignorance and insulting comments I fear...

Well, actually its not just infowars that finds the whole thing "fishy"

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Then you didnt get the context of "that story" at all- when everything collapsed those detention camps would come into action- and as you see: it hasnt collapsed yet.

To keep your brain buisy in a last desperate attempt to make you actually think critically, I quote a passage of that san francisco chronicle article:

According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?

it could be contemplating responding to crises yet unforseen, you do realize something needs to be done with bodies in a natural disaster yes?

otherwise its just a large cemetary, able to hold lots of people, there are lots of them all over the USA because we bury our dead and dont burn them like we should.

Immigrants seems a logical explanation, especially with Mexico turning into a narco state at the moment. But what really makes people think is, that most of the camps are far away from that border.
