Unpacking Help!

[Carthage General]

Hello Guys, i have installed M2TW and then kingdoms right after!
Its does its update and gives me patch 1.2 and then 1.3. I installed the mods that i want,BUT now i want to unpack them. I click on the unpack all but this message comes up This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Um..ya i re-installed it and i still get that same message. (Lets put it this way anything in that "Tool Folder" gives me that message, but not the readme) BY THE WAY-by mods i mean the ones they gave u not outside ones!!!! I really need help!!!

try reinstalling m2tw and kingdoms and then the patch again,, then try the unpacker,...the patch file may have been corrupted.
