Unpacking Help! I am stumped BADLY!

Hello guys, I have installed Medival 2 Total War, then kingdoms. It does its update and brings me to patch 1.2 then 1.3. Then i install the kingdom game i want. NOW i want to unpack all the games BUT it wont let me.
(even if i wanted to unpack one of the mods it still says the samething)
Its says This application has failed to start becasue MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. (Lets put it this way, anything in that "Tool Folder" says that message. (Not the Readme but everything else i get the same message!! I even re-installed the game and it still doesn't work. Plz any help right now is great.

MSVCR71.dll is supposed to be in your Medieval II Total War folder. Try copying it to your tools/unpacker folder.
