Todays Patch?

Did todays patch fix it so the enemies can send troops by boat now? I hope so because that is basically the only thing that is stopping me from playing.

They are stating that this patch is a fix to crashed and other limiting factors in the game. Function and features will be in a following major update being developed concurrently and planned to be released within a few weeks.

Hang in there. Play central Europe.

Thanks for the responses I do play as prussia but after I took over sweden and stuff and a few surrounding countries. I noticed I had to many offensive troops because with no navel troop movement only had to defend very few choke points to keep my countries and didn't have to spend any money on navy really because I didn't have to defend my waters. So I think the game will be much more challenging once that is put in.

Anyone know how this is important to "Gameplay and Strategy Discussion" as opposed to just a general discussion, where a thread already exists for discussing the patch
