If you choose to replenish your troops, paying the fee, and then on the next turn you choose to cancel the replenish order, you won't get the money back. Bug or WAD?

you should get half your costs back in my opinion, cause the order has been sent out for troops so its not like they dont cost money to start training, its like buildings, if you lay the foundations and build the walls (1turn) then cancel it you shouldn'tt get all your money back....

What happens if (at the same "instant" meaning no turns later) if you replenish the unit then disband it. Do you get the replenish funds back?
