    Default Replenish units: how does it work?

    Heya there
    I dont understand the units' refilling logic: sometimes, when I try to do it it works perfectly, the next turn I have my units at full stack.
    But sometimes it takes 2-3 turns to have it done, even if I am able to produce the same units as new ones in that region.
    Is there a hidden "max refill men / region" somewhere?
    Thanks for help

    It depends on movement and combat;

    Sit you units in a city, not moving or fighting and it should take 2 turns to replenish them.

    Have them moving, or out fighting and it WILL take longer.

    I do not know the change in replenishment rates for moving, but I do know that replenish is best used once the fighting is done and the army can sit for 2 turns and replenish numbers.

    Hope this helps!
