Anyone notice the bug where all your armies go half size?

I'm playing as Marathas. I just noticed, all my armies in Britain have 80 people/card instead of the 160 it was before I played today or the 160 I have in India. I have loaded the save and I had a revolution to a Republic from Absolute Monarchy. Could that be the cause? It's costing me 10,000 coins to repair them all to max strength. Plus, it shows a full stack even though they're all at half strength.

I had this problem to before and mentioned it here without any help. I think what it actually is is that everytime you go bankrupt, it automatically decommissions half your units to bring you back in the black.

Or at least that's what I figured what was happening as it only happened when I went bankrupt and hasn't since.

Ah! Thats probably what happened. During my revolution phase, I went bankrupt since I tried stopping taxes to stop the revolutions.
