problem with unlocking all factions

whenever i try to edit the descr_strat notebook it it says and i quote
cannot create the C:\program files\the creative assembly\rome-total war
war\data\worlds\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_strat.txt
file

make sure the file and path name are correct

i click ok and it opens up the save as thing, if i try to save it as what it came up as it starts the whol thing over. should i save as something different? or is it another problem?please, really need help with this

If you are running Vista, turn UAC off first.

ok, i was able to change it but i can only play as macedonia and pontus, if i click on another nonplayable faction rtw closes and it says it has stopped working

Which version of the game do you have? (Open RTW, go to Options, check top-right corner)
