Default Which settings can I run?

I just bought a new laptop and was wondering what settings I can best run. I'm a bit bummed that the two highest levels for graphics are not even available, but I'm hoping I will at least be able to play above the flat-out low setting.

    I have:
AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72 Processor (I believe that combines to about 4.2 MHz)
    4.0Gigs of RAM
    ATI Radeon HD 3200

What can I run with thos specs?
    Thanks!

Medium depending on res (although doubtful), low on native (if lucky).

That video card is bottom of the barrel concerning dedicated laptop gpus.

Is it really? ****! I can never get myself a good graphics card. I always think it's much better than before, and it never is. Uncalled for on the Steelers thing, btw. Just accept the fact that we have a sixpack--WOOT! Thanks for the help. I've decided I know nothing, absolutely nothing, about computers.

Majority of laptops make poor ass gamers.

best to do the gaming on a desktop if able.

difference between ultra and low is only about 5-18 fps. I guess it boils down to preference.
I myself only find about 5 fps difference between ultra and low.
Currently running ultra 'cause i like my eye candy .
