Unit stats

how do you change unit stats. i want to change the unit stats to make each factions army more specialized. for example i want to raise the morale, melee, and unit size of the russian line infantry.

Its part of this tutorial, i know you dont want to create a new one, but you get a pretty good idea about how to alter instead of create theire anyway.

If you mean the pack files manager yes for both.
This is a packer/unpacker and editor too
But look a the tutorial because you'll learn how it works.
After that you should be able to play with the editor.
