White screen crash at Inuit turn

after i hit a endturn button i've a white screen crash when the turn comes to Inuit it's always happens in this turns in year 1715

what should i do

I get that white screen of death or a "Empire needed to shutdown" error message at the end of every turn. These are Empire problems relating to poor game coding. The game has tremendous hardware issues. It just wasn't playtested enough.
