    Default Reducing the Rebel Spawns?

    Hi Folks!


    I have turned off rebel spawns in descr_strat.txt already.

    But still. I am playing with England and there a horde of rebels every second turn appearing in my provinces. Sometimes with up to 10 armies.



    Can I "fix" (change) this on a running savegame ?

    There are no progs to change a save-game.

    you turned it down to 0 didn't you i suggest you read a guide before editing a file and im not telling you what you did wrong.
