How come? No A.I. reinforcements on campaing?

It's silly you can fight quick battles with more than 2 armies at same time at the battle planner but you can't have the A.I. handle yours and enemie's reinforcements when in campaing's battles.

• Any reason to why CA did such thing?
• Is there a way (mini-mod, fix) to make A.I. use second, third, fourth.. armies at same time in same battle when in campaing mode?
