Accept (heavy metal band)

Hey everyone!

I just started listening to the band "Accept" recently, and I've been really liking them but.....

I heard about some controversy about them making some gay songs. I myself have no prejudice on that matter, but wanted to know more, you know, some street-wise knowledge on what do they mean on the musical world.

If they are considered "gayish", I'm not going to stop listening, I'll just no tell my friends about it, since they are some sort of bigots. I want to make it clear it's not due to myself having prejudice or anything about it, so I don't get flamed, but I needed to know. (I'm somewhat ignorant musically speaking, but my friends are not, and I don't want them to say bad things about me if I tell them I listen Accept).

Ohh well, my english's been sucking lately, anyone got the idea? And can anyone make USEFUL posts telling me if it's ok sociologically speaking to listen to them?

Who gives a about what your friends would think you keep on listening.

I will do so. But I'm not recommending the band to my friends if I know they might start flaming me for listening to them. Now, can anyone answer the question please?
