Grenzers, the invisible unit

Can one of the initiated take a moment to fix the inability of Austrian players to recruit grenzers?

They're supposed to be made available after researching Machined Rifling, but sadly, someone discovered that they're only recruitable in Croatia and that it's impossible to recruit them due to not being able to build a barracks in Croatia, they are not available thru the Military Governor structure either.

It sucks.

I've used them in custom battles and they are fantastic, they have a deadly double barreled rifle that gives them twice the firepower of similar units. I want to recruit these buggers in my GC and show the Ottomans the result of modern technology.

Could someone look into this?

You can destroy the gov building in Croatia and rebuild as the other path.

What?

Croatia doesn't have the capacity to produce them since you can't build a military barracks there, so I'm not sure what you're saying.
