Welcome!
What you will find in here is vanilla vs new texture comparison of each works and straight download links. I put them all in spoiler tags for your convenience. This thread is mostly for retexture of existing vanilla unit only.
All this files are in patch.pack and mod.pack, which mean you can easily put them into your
"...Steam\steamapps\common\empire total war\data" folder without any hassle of repacking from the user.
As for mod.pack, you will need to use the ModManager by LtChambers (Just remember that "MOD" format will prevent you from joining multiplayer server due to version incompatibility/changes of core files!!) You will still be able to play online multiplayer with "PATCH" format.
If you have a finished re-texture work that I overlooked or want to be put in here, feel free to PM. And please have it in patch.pack format, I don't like to repack them manually.
Disclaimer: All credits for the retexture are given to the respective artist who made them, and of course CA for providing us with the files to work on.
ATTENTION! Lots if images, you should wait for them finish loading first!
Textures comparison and download link (at the end of each pictures) .Graphic and Unit Details at Ultra. HDR/Bloom disabled so you can see the textures detail without the shiny bloom effect (As some textures turns out becoming too shiny, especially white).

OTHER FACTIONS RETEXTURE!
This skins is for faction outside the main playable ones (minor and emergent)! You will need the "all faction unlock mod" to be able to play them, otherwise you will only see them when you in battle against them. Either way, it's good if you want accurate portrayal of historical uniforms (even if you don't play them) on these minor factions.

ONLINE MULTIPLAYER COMPATIBILITY?
Most of the files I listed here will work in online battle. Unfortunately you can't flaunt the new texture to your opponent if he doesn't have the texture files. Below here are the one which aren't compatible;
- Amiral_Bruix France mod (It add new units)
- Waronmars mods (This should have been compatible since it's purely retexture/reskin works, but it's in MOD format).
- Hungary/Magyar mod (Basically you can't play this faction online)
- Any faction that unlocked (Basically you can't play this faction online)
COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MODS? While most files will definitely compatible due to altering in the gameplay system, few files will add new units (also there is a change of stats). Consult the maker first if you want to use it with other mods. Below here is the file which may conflict with other mods.

Added Waronmars Spain retexture package (all Spanish unit has their color changed), and new Kaiserjoe's Prussian line infantry added.

Could you not just put all these in one big texture pack now that would be cool.
Currently, people are still making retextures of each factions. I rather wait for complete retexture rooster on most factions before putting them all in one big texture pack.
As there are already few version on the same units, I think it would be better for people to choose themselves which they like. That's a temporary solution for now.
