    Fixed in 1.5

is the mod manager coded to use only a total of 44 entries? as i try to add new mods and i get CTD all the time!!, i have a work around i take out mods that i am not using, or gonna start condensing some of the mods into one pack. (Screenshot enclosed)

Get 1.5. The commented mods are probably causing the CTDs.

I'm not getting the check-boxes in version 1.5.
Running Vista 64, new install of ETW.

Same problem here. New ETW install on Win XP Pro SP3. .net etc all updated.
I found if I uncheck "Show all pack types" the checkboxes will appear.

It's by design. Why would check boxes be relevant to anything but the mod packs? So they're not shown when all the pack types are visible. I'd show checkboxes for just the mod packs if I could, but I'm not sure it's possible without a lot of work.

I see what you're saying. Not 100% intuitive as is, but understandable just the same.

Sounds like one of the 3rd party mods or patch/movie packs you have is crashing the game.

If you run the program as administrator, it will also launch Empire as administrator. Empire will look for Steam while it's starting, if Steam is not running as the same user as Empire, that might be a problem.

Guys your mods go in data folder the mod manager in main exe folder FYI

How do you get the patch.pack to work with the mod manager? I modded it to allow more factions, and, when I start with the mod manager, there are no factions.

Your question lacks specifics. If you edited the patch.pack, you shouldn't have. You should use mod packs for anything but the localization packs.

    Hi,
I cannot install the manager. When I open the .exe file I get the error: 0*c0000135

Do I have to do something else other than opening the .exe file?

When you open that pack in PFM does it read as a mod pack? Check in the Pack Actions drop down menu.
