    Default Bin files not regenerating

    I wanted to tweak kingdoms alittle, change morale, defence value.
    I did this in M2 piece of cake. Now kingdoms seems impossible to work with.
    First i did my changes and saved. Changes not showing up in the game.
    Went and deleted the (exportunit.txt.bin) Thinking it was it.
    Changes works in the game. But now the game crashes when entering manual battle with the AI.

    Culprit, the BIN file is not regenerated by the game. Why, i have no idea and i have no idea how to solve this.
    Anyone else got similar problem?. All the files are unpacked. And i got this in my kingdom.EXE

    --features.mod=mods/british_isles --io.file_first

    The CFG file is in order and i even created a new bat file.

    Remove these entries from the commandline, and move them all to the CFG file.

    Thus you should have:
    [features]
    mod=mods/british_isles

    [io]
    file_first = true
