Can anybody provide me with the steps involved in changing the units that are garrisoned in a city from militia to what have you. Is it possible to have a garrison of multiple types of units as well?

I couldn't find an answer through search. If there's already a thread/post that answers my question on how to do it, just point me there. TY for any help.

One of the easiest ways would be to edit the armed citizens unit inside the units_stats_land.

You could change the Warscapetheme and a few other things to make them appear different as well as adjusting their stats to make them more formidable.

I do not know, currently, if you can have it take more than one type of unit.

Thanks for your response. I was thinking more of replacing militia with another unit rather than editing their stats and appearance. However I guess that is one way of changing the militia. +rep for thinking outside the box.

It would be kind of cool if like in your capital, you could make it so Guards appear instead of just mobs.
