I have edited the edu file in order to increase the inf unit sizes roughly 50 percent.
example
units consisting of 150 men now have a count of 225

the cav units I only increased approx 10 percent so that they would not be too overpowering. To install -- copy the export_descript_unit file into your Medieval II Total War\mods\IB2\data folder. Save your original file if you want to revert back to the original size units.

Does go into the folder of this mod, or straight into the data of the mod ?

This file should be copied directly into the data folder overwriting the original edu file.
