Faction Heir
It is possible to change AI to made Faction Hair not like lottery ?
It is natural for me that when Old King die new one choose his faction heir but is impossible to change faction heir even when King son grow up.It is really bad.
Next thing is that when new king is coming faction heir is chosen with his adopt nobles.I always thinking and it is fact that throne is dedicated to pure blood nobles.Like younger brother or younger brother sons not for "bastard from nowhere"

Re: Faction Heir
The selection of the faction heir is hardcoded and cannot be changed sadly.

Re: Faction Heir
Yes very sadly,so solution is not adopt anyone by Faction Heir but many times when King dies Year or 2 years before.... when Faction Heir son is grow up.I'm really angry for that.
Not adopting anyone by faction heir when U play empire like Byzantium it is totally bad idea.
It is possible to change a little bit code that Faction heir is always a little bit horny than others?
Really challenge now it is not a game but to keep throne line from father to son.It is quite impossible to have 5 kings with the same blood.

Re: Faction Heir
Unless you use fertility cheats.. or you can always just remove the faction heir trait from the current and give it to another via codes.. depends on if you like cheating.. i dont do that. I Have the prince marry.. and the princess marry.. and then adopt one into my family.. and that gives me the beginnings of a 3-way family tree.. Some of the generals marry the princesses.. others take new wives.. and i try to just get one girl per generation (x3) and use them to marry new blood in to prevent some of those nastier traits that come with imbreeding. If you are careful you can certainly get the same family to rule for 5 generations. Though i will admit the original princess and her husbands line always seem to come to power.. Bloody mongol invasion.
