Still have a bad problem
I recently posted an explaination under the post: BIG ISSUE THAT I CANT FIGURE OUT *PLEASE HELP*. To read all the details look at it.
I went through a long process of taking secuROM off my registry and i still have the same problem. I have followed all the directions given to me by irishron. He said it was because of spore's DRM stuff so i looked into all the stuff i could find on the internet and found a site with a spore DRM removal guide i followed it and delete all secuROM off and all spore. I still get the same thing when I load the CD. I even went as far as to try it on a friend's computer as well as the other two computers in my house. all those have windows XP, and their computers have never seen the likes of a spore installation. i get the same problem. I took out my system recovery disks that i had made and recorvered my computer's original factory condition registry and all and it still wont work. I still get the box that pops up and says:
"Unable to authenticate original disc within time limit.
Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=timeout for further, more detailed information.
Try again?"
Somthing wrong with the CD? If so how do i fix

Re: Still have a bad problem
Sorry but I just got home from work. If you went to all that trouble on your friends' computers with the same results, it is 100% genuine disc problem. The only thing is to buy another game or somehow convince Sega its their fault.
Sorry.
