Question about 'Lightbulb Sun'

A few weeks ago I bought the Remastered edition (red light on cover in place of original orange) of Porcupine Tree's 'Lightbulb Sun'. I loaded the first Disc on no problem. And forgot about the Second. However after listening to the extra three tracks on my playstation, I decided to try and load them onto my iPod.

Unfortunately I dont seem able to do that, it appears to be only an extra DVD, and thus I cannot put the files into iTunes. Is that all the Second Disc is then, a DVD which plays the original 10, and the extra 3? That seems a tad pointless if you ask me...

In any case, does anyone know if there is a way to put the three extra songs on iTunes?

EDIT: btw, I believe the second disc is a DVD-A, if that makes any difference.
