Default Concentrated Vanilla minimod 0.04 released

The minimod introduces some modest changes to vanilla in order to have more dynamic campaigns, less micromanagement, higher importance of major cities instead of mindless expansion, much harder and more interesting sieges, and more variety between factions.

Detailed description and explanations of every change on my blog. Here's direct download link for version 0.04.

It's also a good example of simple and functional minimod for people who would like to start modding. Just grab the zip and look how it works, or ask me if you need some help.

"Everybody moves 75% faster. That's about the right value for the vanilla map. I wanted to make ships 100% faster but land units only 50%, unfortunately it's not possible the way M2TW is implemented."

You can make ships twice as fast and all other units 50% as fast by automatically giving ship's admirals a hidden trait that increases their movement.

You can do this by increasing movement across the board by 50%, and then giving all admirals a trait that has in it's effects: +25% movement, which adds up to a total of a 50% increase for all land, and a 100% increase for sea.

Thanks, I'll give that trait trick a try. I tried giving admirals more action points, what was the most obvious thing to do, but M2TW completely ignores those and uses default unit speed for ships always. Another trick I considered was per-unit type speed boost, which I would give to all ship types, Kingdoms supports that but not plain M2TW, and it didn't seem important enough to depend on Kingdoms just for that.
